01How fast can I go live?
About five minutes. Register, answer the setup steps on your phone (hours, courts, prices and UPI), and share your links.
02What does Truf Hub cost?
No monthly fee and no commission. You buy booking credits in packs, and each online booking uses one credit. Walk-ins you add yourself are free. New venues get free credits to start.
03Can one venue run different sports?
Yes. Add as many courts as you have and pick one of the thirteen sports for each: a 5v5 box, a padel court, cricket nets, a semi-olympic pool, and more.
04Can I charge more for peak hours and weekends?
Yes. Every court has a default price, and you add rules by day and time. When two rules overlap, the one that covers fewer days wins.
05Can I still take walk-ins and phone bookings?
Yes. Tap a free slot on your board to add a walk-in or phone booking, and mark it as paid by cash or UPI.
01Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. Players pay the advance straight to your UPI ID, and you collect the balance at the venue. Truf Hub never holds player money.
02How does the advance work?
You choose a fixed amount or a percentage. The slot is held for a few minutes while the player pays with a UPI QR that has the amount filled in, then sends you the UTR.
03What if a player never pays?
The hold runs out on its own and the slot opens up for the next team. You don’t have to release it.
04How do I spot fake payment screenshots?
Every payment arrives with the 12-digit UTR (and a screenshot if the player adds one). You match the UTR in your bank app, and a UTR that was used before gets flagged.
01What do players need?
WhatsApp or a browser, and a UPI app. There’s no player app to download and no account to create.
02Can players book on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your WhatsApp link opens a chat with your venue code filled in. The bot shows free slots, takes the booking, and sends confirmations and reminders.
03Do players have to pay an advance?
Only if you want one. Turn the advance off in settings and bookings confirm straight away, with the full amount paid at the venue.
04How do players find the venue?
Your booking page shows the full address and a Get directions button that opens their maps app at your pin.
